What is the Story

Surya (Nikhil) is a young student who suffers with a rare genetic disorder called Porphyria which causes death if he exposed to sun light. His day starts at 6:30 PM and ends by 6AM. He joins in a night college and fells in love with Sanjana(Tridha Chowdary) who is a Nite show TV Anchor by profession. As time passes by, she comes to know about Surya’s disease and leaves him by thinking that surya lied him. Rest of the story is how Surya won her love with this Porphyria disease.

What are the Highlights?

• Nikhil seen in a very strange role and his looks are completely different when compared to his last few movies. He has been an expert in acting now a days
• Most part of the film piturized in the night time and the night life of Hyderabad was beautifully shot with excellent lighting
• Thanikella Bharani and Satya have played the supporting roles which Brought some laughs in Theater
• Mother Sentiment is good
• First half of the film is quite breezy and fresh
• BGM is Good
• Viva Harsha brings some laughs

What are the Drawbacks?

• Tridha Chowdary is not upto the mark and He is not a good match to Nikhil in this film
• After a Beutiful Firt half movie suddenly digs into a dragging mode
• Screenplay is Predictable
• No Song is Catchy
•  Worst Chemistry Between the lead pair

Finally What i Say?

Surya VS Surya is finally a OK debut of shortfilm director Ghatammaneni, Visuals of the film are simply superb and first half has entertaining content. But he failed to handle the same tempo in second half which digs into the dragging of screenplay.
