Vijay Sethupathi & Katrina Kaif's Merry Christmas Release Date Posters

The highly anticipated film "Merry Christmas," starring Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif and directed by Sriram Raghavan, is set to hit screens a week earlier than expected. The makers of the film announced that it will be released in theaters on December 8th, 2023. "Merry Christmas" has been shot in both Hindi and Tamil, featuring different supporting actors in the two versions. In the Hindi version, the film co-stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand. Meanwhile, the Tamil version includes Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in similar roles. 

 

 

Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte make cameo appearances in the film, which also introduces child actor Pari. Sriram Raghavan, known for acclaimed films like "Johnny Gaddaar" and "Badlapur," has described "Merry Christmas" as a love story, distinguishing it from his previous release "Andhadhun" (2018). This bilingual film marks his return to Hindi cinema after nearly two decades.
